Questions owners ask
Does it cost anything?
No. VerifiedLocalListings has no paid plans, sponsored positions or adverts. Claiming and editing a listing is free.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Lists are ordered by rating weighted by the number of reviews. There is no paid option of any kind.
How do I earn a seal?
On file: phone, opening hours and website are all in the record. Well rated: rated 4.5 or higher by at least 100 reviewers. Both follow from the record; no one grants them by hand.
How long does a claim take?
Usually two working days. We may email you, or call the number on your listing to confirm.
Will you remove a bad review?
Only if it breaks our review rules, for example if it is fake or abusive. You can always reply to it publicly.
My business isn't listed. What now?
Use Add a listing. Owners, staff and regular customers can all propose a business.
